 The ninth studio album from trance icon Paul van Dyk is very much under construction as he announced his new long player over social media last week along with an album party launch event held in London this October...
It used to be years to wait before an artist album from Paul van Dyk but following on from his last collection ‘From Then On’ released last year it would seem he is ready to unleash another one. He took to his social media channels last week to tease the imminent arrival of a new album and then announced a very special launch event to be held in London for it. What is the name of this new artist collection you may ask from the German trance icon? ‘Symbols’ is the title Paul has chosen for his 9th studio collection.
I had a feeling new music was on the horizon from Paul as he has been putting posts out about new music coming soon through his Facebook and Twitter feeds. If you have been catching his live shows over the past few months I’m sure he will have slipped in a fair few of tracks from the new album. I’d get looking for the ‘ID’s’ in his live set recordings for a snippet of his forthcoming new music. All we know at the moment is the album name and a launch party date. There has been no announcement of a tracklist or any collaborations for the album for which I’m sure there will be.
