Robert and Jaron have been produding for a long time now, and are now ready to start their own label. Want to know more about this new label which is owned by these two Israelian trance producers? Then click in to find out everything about it...
After having released numerous tunes on various labels like ID&T, Vandit, Afterglow and Lost Language, and having made some outstanding remixes for a huge amount of tracks, Robert & Jaron have now decided to go a step further by starting up their own label, which will mostly concentrate on the more melodic side of trance.
The G&M Project, Robert Gitelman and Jaron Inc. projects are all still attached to Be Yourself Music (ID&T's successor label). The 2 Players guise will remain active on Afterglow and Drizzly, and Vandit will still be releasing tunes under the Robert Gitelman and G&M Project aliases.
Their main reasons for starting the label are quite clear: first of all, they just do it because they love trance music and want to bring out the best tunes to the rest of the world. Secondly, they want to give upcoming Israelian producers a chance to get their tunes released worldwide. As Israel is still (mostly) dominated by the more psychedelic side of trance, producers of more melodic / uplifting trance find it hard to get themselves a suitable label. That's where Robert and Jaron come in: they pick out the best tunes and try to get them out there. They have already helped E-Sound & DJ PM, Michael Tsukerman, Next Exit, XLR Programme, Informers, Coldware, Har-L and Soulcatch to get their releases out, and with the label they will try doing this on a much bigger scale.
So, what's the first release going to be? Check out the details below:
Artist: Fred Baker vs. The Keyboard Kids Title: 'All Of Us' Mixes: A: Fred Baker Mix, B: The Keyboard Kids Mix Catalog no.: BT0001 Releasedate: March 28th, 2005
Of course we all know Fred Baker, the Belgian producer who has released loads of succesful tunes on the Black Hole label, receiving continuous support from Tiësto. He also runs the Active Sight guise on the Captivating Sounds label together with M.I.K.E. 'The Keyboard Kids' are basically Israel Bicher, Roman Vanshtain and Oran Carim, of which the former two are the same guys who run the Immoral Monkeys guise with which they have released a few very cool hardtrancy remixes for E-Sound & DJ PM - 'Cold Fusion', DJ Spoke - 'Contact' and C.R.I. (one of their other guises together with Redmark) - 'The 6th Day'. Oran Carim is also part of Soulcatch, and has recently started his own solo project.
The Fred Baker mix starts off with Fred's trademark techy percussion, but soon evolves into a full uplifting trancer with some awesome chord changes. The Keyboard Kids mix is slightly harder edged, but still retains the uplifting vibe. The melody is still there, but has been highly modified to make this mix one to look out for. You can expect a review here on i:Vibes as soon as the tune hits the shelves.
Rumours go that the second release will be a tune by the Bamba Boys (another alias by Robert and Jaron).
