The Thrillseekers are big names in Trance so what are they doing with their time at the moment? Read on for news on some very special EP releases.
The Thrillseekers are really just one very talented man who goes by the real name of Steve Helstrip. As with many dance artists they like to have a number of persona's to release music under as it gives them the freedom to invent different styles without disturbing a pattern of regularity. Anyway, enough of a history lesson what are the Thrillseekers up to at the moment?
NIGHT MUSIC TOUR
The second release in the Thrillseekers 'Night Music' series has been very well welcomed by major dance publications and music fans worldwide. I'm not surprised either because its jam packed with quality records forged together into two CD's or pure pleasure. Steve is currently on tour to promote the album which has took him all over the globe. He has just been in Argentina this last week where he got stuck at the airport due to heavy snowfall, the first recorded in July since 1918. Is it not supposed to be summer? Still the tour rolls on and I think tomorrow (Friday) he will be playing the last gig of the tour at London's very well known Turnmills club. Tickets for that might be still available but worth checking as I'd guess its going to be a busy night.
THRILLSEEKERS REMIXES
Keep you eyes open in August and September as it will see Steve's very own label Adjusted Music release a series of limited editions EP's featuring brand spanking new mixes of classic Thrillseekers singles. Mike Koglin and Mind One will be on hand to offer their mixes of 'NewLife' and 'By Your Side'. There will be more but as yet none have been announced but who knows, could we see another remix of that classic 'Synaesthesia' which had the remix treatment back in 2004 and could be due some more.
Don’t forget the competition lines are still open to win a copy of The Thrillseekers new Night Music album here on I:Vibes. Just answer the easy question on the competition page to be in with a chance of winning.
