There is a real buzz around vinyl at the moment with the medium exploding in popularity in recent years. There was a time were records were just being pressed for the fun of it and every producer and his dog had a tune released. The format nearly got wiped out by the arrival of digital media b ut as it weather the virtual storm its come out fighting with its demand increasing by the day.

When it comes to trance though, the vinyl format is still lacking any real notable releases but there is music coming on the format for those who love the natural warm sound vinyl gives off. Steve Helstrip, otherwise known as The Thrillseekers is one such trance producer very much in favour of the vinyl sound and has put together a three part series to release the tracks that never made it to the format.

The series is called ‘Reconnected’ and following on from the first edition, which is not out as yet; he has already announced the second edition to be released before the end of the year. The first volume should be hitting the mailboxes of those who got their orders in early around mid October. The second edition features 8 tracks from Steve with a few remixes and collaborations featured. Across the two volumes you will also found exclusive 2020 mixes of some of his most treasured productions. The second volume gives a 2020 update to a remix of ‘Emotion In Motion’ from Witness of Wonder.

The second edition is available to pre-order now and there are still copies available to order from the first edition which is all on his Bandcamp site along with a lot of other previous Thrillseekers singles and mix albums.
