Biography:
Grayarea is 3 buddies from Chicago; Nosmo (David Mallow) (Born 1977), Ruin (Dave Rast) (Born 1976) and McRae (McRae Reed)(Born in 1978). They were in high school together and used to go to punk rock shows and hang out. Now they are into dance music and make music that all the deejays seem to be playing. Biggest break came when Nick Warren put their single "Yewinyst" on Global Underground 024. Another interesting fact is that Kris B who was also on Global Underground 024 was a roommate of Nosmo at one time. They also got another huge break when John Digweed broadcasted their set from Transit in Chicago on his Kiss100FM show. What's next for the boys from Grayarea, expect more touring, some remixes (they remixed Emerald for Bedrock's 50th release). They have been signed to Hope to release some new records, which are forthcoming.
