Meep Meep!
Well... June was rather different, I had my usual thursday night sessions @ PoNaNa which seems to attract different sorts every time, and they all went well which is always good.
I've also had a string of dj offers all over the shop, one in Holland, one in Slovakia/Slovenia? (forgot which one it is) and one in a country i didn't even know existed!?!
The Slovakian/Slovenian gig looks the most promising but i'm awaiting back dates of that from Ben Lost @ Lost Language.
Online wise I had my tranceairwaves set on the June the 12th
The show is saved online at the moment here
http://www.sarahc.tranceairwaves.com
Just look for the one dated 12th of june - if you download, please right click and save the files that way....
The tracklist for that is as follows:
01. Girl Nobody - Cages (Lemon 8 Remix)
02. Stel & Good Newz - Particle
03. Pig & Dan - Mongoid
04. Airwave - Seattle Calling
05. Ridgewalkers - Find (Andy Moor Remix)
06. Mike Hiratzka & Justin Scott Dixon - Two Worlds (Descent Remix)
07. Jose Zamora & C. Memmo - Lochness
08. Astrid - Rainwater (Victor Calderone & That Kid Chris Mix)
09. Arthur Baker Featuring Astrid Williamson - 1000 Years (Andy Moor 12" Mix)
For those that do listen to my tranceairwaves shows, there will something abit different from next month, i've up'ed my time on there to 3 hours and decided to get guest mixes in each month starting from July onwards. I'll be having a guest from 6-7pm, then i'll do my usual 7-8pm slot, then i'll have another guest on to finish it from 8-9pm I guess I'm following a trend that seems to be happening at the moment (guest mixes) but I'm hoping some of the guests i've sorted will stand out from the norm qo:
Anyhoo, i've got myself a full guest line up sorted right up untill december which is pretty wicked. The following times/dates/etc are as follows :
10th July 04 - Chloe Harris 6-7pm - LikWit 8-9pm
14th August 04 - Özgür Can 6-7pm - Lemon 8 8-9pm
11th September 04 - Tomas Haverlik 6-7pm - Steve Gerrard 8-9pm
9th October 04 - Perry O'Neil 6-7pm - Robert Nickson 8-9pm
13th November 04 - Thomas Penton 6-7pm - James Burke 8-9pm
11th December 04 - Gwill Morris 6-7pm - Leama & Moor - 8-9pm
All times are GMT
I will write back on July's guest mixes next month and comment on how it went, along with any feedback i got and that, as i'm quiet excited to see how it will all pan out.
I would last but not least like to comment on the tennis, I am gutted that Henman went out to an un-seeded player, and i'm even more gutted that Hewitt lost, as he is my favourite tennis player (This has nothing to do with the fact I think he is really fit or anything btw!...... honest)
Oh well,
catch u all soon
