March Update….


Well its been too long since I signed in and every thing I have done between now and January has kind of rolled in to one big blur, but I will do my best and give you the highlights.



On the production side I have been busy with a couple of projects, my own track “The Theme From Shushh” as been selling really well as an mp3 download.

You can found it on Audio Jelly www.audiojelly.com and is also featured on the front page as an exclusive track, so many thanks to Tony at Audio Jelly for sorting that out.

I took a trip across the water to sunny Ireland a few weeks ago to visit my good friend John O’Callgahan, John put me up for the weekend and we went and sampled the local Irish beer on a few occasions… but that’s another story, what I did leave with was a belting little track called “Mind Control” that myself and John did together during my stay. Mind Control hasn’t been signed as yet but we are searching for a label, any labels wishing to sample a copy are to mail me at john@djstjohn.co.uk



On the djing side, we had Shushh part 4 at the Venue in Nottingham where we was joined by Hemstock & Jennings who did both a Live PA and DJ set.

Also joined us were 5AM’s Gareth Emery AKA GTR, and Aled Mann & Dewi who was runners up in the dj comp.

I would like to take this time to congratulate Paul Simon who won the dj competition and Horris James who have now been crowned the new Shushh Back Room Residents of 2005.

Hotdog is still proving to be one the best nights in the midlands attracting capacity plus every month, end of February saw myself and resident Sarah G play along side Ibiza’s new Judgement Sunday resident Vick Devine, also congratulations to Vicky for getting the residency through out the summer of 05.

Sophie Sugar also joined us and what a wicked set she played, and congratulations to her on her new track “Call of Tomorrow”.

Inspiration the charity event in Nottingham went really well and they managed to raise a cool grand, all proceeds goes to Unicef, Matt Hardwick Jon O Bir, John O’ Callaghan, Riley & Durrant, John Askew, Adam Sheridan, LES Hemstock to name a few joined us in the this worth while event.

Coming up this month Hard Dance super club “Storm” celebrate their 5th birthday party on the 26th March at the Emporium in Coalville. In the main room you can catch Tidy Boys, The Ting, Rob Tissera, Paul Glazby plus more…

In the Hotdog room Passion’s Andy Bagguley, Illogic, Neal Appeal & Unsung Heroes will join my self, and Sarah G who will be celebrating in true stylie by playing trance and hard dance classics.

The End of April is another a one for the diary, I will be playing at Fixation at the Venue in Nottingham with Radio 1’s Dave Pearce and resident John Dixon.
