Please listen and tell me which song it is

Hi guys, i recently heard this techno (im not sure wath genre) song on the radio, and it had a "smurf"-sounding voice that made all the sounds that i have recorded (please listen to it) and then a really good loop followed it..it sounded pretty cool, but i couldnt get the name off the radio station, cuz they didnt say it, they just played it...anyways, i recorded something that sounded close to it (and i think i did a good job=) )
let me know if u have heard a song that has a vocal like this...
