Just seen the new Ibiza M.OS album. Looks predictably commercial. Where are the decent house and trance tunes that M.O.S used to be well known for? Yet another dissapointing fluffy pink disco club CD. Went to Ibiza last month....never heard most of these so called tunes played in any clubs or even bars.

The sound of Ibiza my arse! Smile
More like the sound of a 12 yr olds bedroom!

Fed up of these commercial lies, 'underround labels' are offering an alternative to these commercial fluffs. Type any of these titles into Ebay.co.uk for only £5.00 each!
'Ibiza Trance 05'
'A Digital Summer Of Trance 05'
'The Beauty Of Trance 05'
'Dirty House Explosion 05'
'Trance Progression 05'

MOS CDs have been more or less crap for quite some years so it shouldn't have been a surprise.. They haven't reached the level of their past glory in the late 90s with Trance Nation series and are just putting out worse and worse compilations every year.

Completely agree. I own quite a lot of the MoS comps and was faithfully buying the Annuals until '04... when I finally lost patience Rolling Eyes

MoS have been on the slide for years.

Their latest albums are full of commercial house tracks and overplay dance remakes. The last MoS album I purchase was a few weeks ago. 'Ministry of Sound: Classics' first released back in the 90's, full of the good stuff.

I think that Trance Nation 2002 compiled by Ferry Corsten is the best MOS album ever. Cool

I would dissagree with that and say that volumes 1-4 of the series where the best release with number 2 being a particularly better than any.
