I've decided to finally do a mix, and if it records ok I'll be releasing it as an mp3, it'll only be in 128kbps and I'll possibly split it into 2 or 3 using hjsplit if possible.... who would be interested in a mix, it'll be classic tunes like I've been practising with, it won't be that good, but I may as well hear what you all think about it, I'll be doing it on Traktor to help with the bpm matching so it doesn't sound too bad, I've not had it long but as soon as I clear up space I'll get onto it, check back this affo for it

I've just gotta clear some space up on my system as its gonna be recorded as a wave so a massive file until I convert it, Once its done of course I can delete it again but I'm short on space, it'll only be 45 mins I think due to space but if its liked I'll do another part soon

I had to nip out so I didn't get time to plan it, I did a small 32 minute mix with the following listing, but its not that good, Traktor kept on pausing as I did stuff so I'm gonna do it again soon, different listings, but this'll give an idea to what kinda stuff will be in it....

Well I'm running a 1gig athlon with 128mb of ram.... it could be cos i'm connected to the net too but even if i try & open notepad or the volume control it jumps on me, mind you my system resources are stretched, i could really use some more ram & HDD space

I've just done a mix but my comp totally messed it up @ the end of recording, its not perfect so I'll be re-doing it tomorrow and maybe altering the tunes a bit, I want ur opinions on this listing, and ne tunes u think I should drop..... here it is

Personnaly I would drop Planet Perfecto - Bullet In The Gun and replace it with Gouryella - Tenshi for a good finish. Thats just my opinion.

I've just done the mix, its not great cause I'm entirely self taught @ DJing and not well @ that, heres the tracklisting, I'm gonna make it as small as possible a file for modem users to download. The pitch jumps occasionally as I've tried to beatmatch but its one of the better mixes I've done before. the listing is

its 36mb.... the problem I have is that as someone who used a 56k modem for so long, I know how slow it is for you guys, Theres 3 ways I could sort this out, either everyone gets it slowly on audiogalaxy, i could split it using HJSplit but then I need somewhere to store it, Or I could set up a simple ftp but I have no clue how to do that, I could do it in 4 lots of 9mb files but I dont know where to store it Sad

any ideas anyone ?
