Its Schöner not Schoner btw.
Franziska Pigulla does the spoken vocals in Ein Schöner Tag and a Scandinavian (i think) opera singer Isgaard does the operatic parts.
As far as i know, those lyrics are written by 1/2 of Schiller (Christopher von Deylen as the other part, Mirko von Schlieffen was doing more of the producing than writing).
The British opera singer Sarah Brightman has made an English Italian operatic cover of the track too including parts in both Italian and English.

Hi!
Is anybody out there who knows where all Isgaard's lyrics are published in Internet? I'd appreciate your help very much. Merci.

I have got some more info (corrected) about the track after a more thorough search.. It's originally composed by Puccini under the title 'Un Bel Di' which was made for the opera 'Madame Butterfly'. Schiller remade it together with Isgaard and soon after Sarah Brightman made her own version combining elements of both original and Schiller's version.
