What could well be one of the longest awaited compilation series returns in hard house history after a 14 year break, Music for a Harder Generation is back with edition number 6…
The resurgence of Tidy Trax continues as they have unleashed another new volume in one of their iconic mix series this week with the sixth instalment of ‘Music For A Harder Generation’. The last appearance for the series was in 2008 with what was then the new generation Andy Whitby and Rodi Style providing the mixes. There has been so music new material bursting out of Tidy Trax over the last few years with not just new editions of old compilations but brand new ones. They have the perfect blend of what the old Hard House fans loved 20 years ago to what the new Hard House fan of today loves.
The Music For A Harder Generation series is one I’ve had some great experience with and have great memories of the first three mixes. For whatever reason I missed out on the fourth and fifth. I won’t be doing the same with the brand new number 6 which gets mixed together by Jordan Suckley and BK. The twin CD edition features 37 top draw bangers. The USB edition has all that and a lot more with all the previous mixes in the series and a whopping 125 full length DJ friendly singles taken from the 6 compilations. The USB is a great purchase to complete for the full set and if you’re a bit of a DJ have those full length tunes to bang in your own sets.
