History:
Started in 1997 by Barry Gilbey and Sara Whittaker (now Whittaker Gilbey) and they decided to name their new record label ChooChoo. Their first release was in 1998 and they started with Mara - Always/Orinoco and then others such as the famous Global Underground anthem "One" and "Lateral Horizon". There used to be two ChooChoo labels, one was a ltd and the other was recordings (tho the ChooChoo Ltd became Defunct). So now we have ChooChoo Records and their work is loved by Deep Dish, Nick Warren, Danny Tanaglia, Anthony Pappa and the list goes on. Their aim is to push out quality house music.
