There are a few things I quite like about Alter Ego Recordings. The first is they do release some very high quality trance. The second is they actually have a functional website with all the latest releases on, not just a quick splash page pointing towards the usual social media channels. Now, onto my first point about the very good music you will no doubt want an example of this? Well, I have one in the form of a label debut for Petr Vojacek and his little gem of an uplifting trance tune called ‘Feel Free’.

Just who is Petr Vojacek you may ask? He is a Czech trance producer hailing from a little known town called Znojmo. I had to look that up as this is the first recording from him I can recall having had the pleasure. Let me tell you, what a pleasure because it’s a beauty. Sifting through the recent promo’s I thought I’d just have a little random dig through the virtual world and see what new trance there is to offer, which is where this track came from. Just from the brief sample of the main melody I was just hooked into it, it’s a really driving uplifting trance journey. The track in full is just as engaging and for those who love the uplifting sound this is a track for you.
Conclusion:
This is a beautiful track from start to finish and a great way to introduce your sounds to a new label. Alter Ego has picked up a good catch with Petr on the face of this release. I’m sure this will slip into the playlists of all the big trance jocks over the next few weeks if it’s not done so already.
