Biography:
The Low End Specialists are DJ Mac C and Ali Geramian, the New York based duo who have been causing more than just a stir in the past couple of years with their stunning remixes and production talents.
From Ali's previously extensive studio work, combined with Mac's DJing experiences, they are able to fuse the best of both worlds together to deliver the tribal and progressive grooves to your speakers.
The big breakthrough came when they were sighted by the portuguese legend DJ Vibe, who has worked extensively under Underground Sounds of Lisbon with Rui da Silva amongst others. Mac and Ali's Remix of "So Get Up" recieved much acclaim from DJ Vibe himself as well as DJs such as Satoshi Tomiie and Steve Lawler.
Following on from that, Danny Tenaglia, himself asked Mac and Ali to remix Danny's own "Read My Lips" in February of 2001 and from then on, you can pretty much guess what happens.
Their 2002 outing showed superb support from the big jocks with the immaculate production of "Smoked Piece" on Hydrogen Records and has been causing a riot on the dance floor with that awesome bassline and tribal sequences.
With that in mind, Ali and Mac have a couple more productions and remixes up their sleeves in the forthcoming months, including a followup to Smoked Piece as well as a remix of Steve Lawler's "Andante" which is set to be huge!
These guys are gonna be big!
