© Black Hole Recordings Itâ€™s time to take a trip down German memory lane as the next in this outstanding series from Black Hole Recordings looks at classic trance music from 1992 through to 2001â€¦

This really is becoming one of my favourite compilation series in recent years with a new edition of ‘A Journey Through’ from Black Hole about to land at the beginning of November. The series first launched with a look back at Dutch trance music from 1994 to 2005 covering the major labels from that period and the classic trance records released from them. They then went on to take a look at the classic British trance records released from 1993 up to 2002 for the second edition. Both CD compilations and accompanied by a Vinyl release featuring the very best cuts featured on the CD editions.

The new edition to this outstanding series moves back into mainland Europe and visits Germany for a look back at the classic trance records from 1992 right up to 2001. The three disc compilations features records from German labels Eye Q, Logic, Kontor and Harthouse just to name a few with classic tunes from Cygnus X, Taucher, Tillmann Uhrmacher, L.S.G and Paul van Dyk. There is real history of music that created the trance scene as we know it with so many records in here that influenced the producers of today. The 3 CD compilation features 27 tracks while the vinyl edition spread over 3 discs picks out 9 of the very best all in full length editions.
