 One of the most iconic mix compilation series hits a nice milestone this year with In Search Of Sunrise knocking up its 20th edition and set for its biggest release to date…
This winter will be 25 years since the very first ‘In Search of Sunrise’ mix compilation saw the light of day in the hands of the then Trance driven DJ Tiesto. It is one of Black Hole Recordings most treasured brand names and a series which has melted the ear drums of people around the world. When you think of quality trance music compilations this series is high, if not at the top of the very list. Since Tiesto the series has had Markus Schulz and Richard Durrand take centre stage with the mixing duties with a few special guests having a mix featured.
This year brings compilation number 20 and its set to be the biggest edition of the series to date. The usual double disc format has spawned into a mammoth six disc mix with the artists being revealed as we get closer to the album launch date. What we do know is the first of these six has been released this week with Solarstone making his first appearance. His music style fits in with the series down to a tea and a s sneak peak of what to expect the tracklist of his mix has been revealed.

The new edition will be an exclusive boxset featuring all six mixes of one we know and the other five to be revealed on certain dates over the next 6 weeks. All the mixes will be available to stream and download as well. The final shipping date for the release will be the 25th September with it available to pre-order right now.
