© Taken from NRKPeace Division are possibly the most respected producers on the house scene having produced many acclaimed tracks, and remixed for some equally talented producers. They have just completed their 'nitelife' compilation and are as busy as they have ever been!

Justin Answered the Questions..Clive is in Ibiza.

How did you (Clive and Justin) meet?..and when?

we met in 1994. i was studio enginnering at the time.Clive heard a track that i had written (Slack"painkiller" -Sabres of Paradise Records) and tracked me down! we co-wrote a single for Sknunk records and we were off!

What made you want to form a partnership?

we have similar ideas about house music. were quite different people but some reason it works?

Do you still produce solo productions?

no not really the peace division stuff takes up all our time. We've learnt not to spread ourselves too thinly. Its the most important thing too remember when trying to foward your career.

What style do you adopt into your music?

Dirty lo-fi house music

Do you get inspirations for tracks or do you just take it as it comes?

we're influenced by other tunes. we still sit in the studio and get vibed up by playing tunes.same as we always have really.

How do your see there career as producers?ie:successful..

its not something we think about really. i think we just both love doing it. It still suprises me when you're out and someone comes over and lists all the mix's weve done etc.

Has your own music style changed through the years?

our stuff's always been quite tracky and playable. its always had those elements whatever style we've been making.

Where do you see the style going in the future?

we'll know when we get there.

What is the feeling like to hear other big DJ's playing your tracks?

its a buzz . i don't think that ever changes. its good too see how a crowd reacts as well.

What do you think has been your most successful release?

commercially our release on fuju (peace division presents dark daze) although our mix of roaches on hooj was the one that really kicked it off for us.

Where abouts do you DJ?

i play regulary at menage a trois (monthly at the 333 in london), zen in bologna and echos in rimini

What have you got up and coming?

a new single for junior and a single for 83west records canada

....and a non-serious question...What would you be doing if you were not in the music industry?

mmmn never had to think about that thankfully
