Hard trance at it's best, and with the mighty DJ Scot Project on remixing duties, you know this is gonna be massive! Arome are back once again with a stormer, and it's one you shouldn't miss ...
Arome is a name attatched to some of the biggest and most played trance tunes on the planet. With such tracks as: Scream and Somebody that stand out as being classics and the countless remixes Arome have done, it is hard to keep topping or beating the previous successes. Well ... this one is no exception - this hard trance monster released May 29th has been doing the rounds with Marc EG and DJ Scot Project himself, I'm sure by the end of this summer, this tune will be firmly placed in your brain.
A1) DJ Scot Project Mix B1) Original Mix
A1) DJ Scot Project Mix Not many remixes beat the original to the A-side spot, but this one has ... this is DJ Scot Project through and through however; and that can only mean one thing: class! It starts quite typical of him, with a simple beat and some wierd metal synths - but you can tell something's coming. Boom boom boom ... some hard ass beats come in, and this tune is movin'! Nice stabs now and again that sound like sonar blast down a long pipe - yes ... a long pipe! "Throw your hands up in the air!" Too late ... this tune already makes you do that, no need to tell us, *chuckles*. The breakdown is typical of DJ Scot Project, and you wonder how a storming hard trancer has such a beautiful melody and uplifting synths ... This is gonna be one of the tunes of the year, the tune drives and doesn't drivvle on, but keeps changing so not to make it sound 'boring', a beautiful breakdown that carries the listener - one of them "oi oi you nutters" glowstick moments innit! Dont miss a worth while purchase of this record, you wont be sorry!
B1) Original Mix I really dig the start of this, an off-beat kick and a cool synth builds the tune into a cool trancer - quite soft, but has that energy that you know is gonna erupt any moment - and it sure does! It bangs into this tough, chunky driving beat ... and then those beautiful synths from the beginning start, giving it this unique sound of hard trance full of energy with an almost chillout tune. On the whole, it reminds me of: 'DJ Spoke - Ignition (Original Mix)' This track stays pritty constant throughout, and with a few cool breakdowns and the spiraling, wirling synths, the tune doesn't disappoint. Another great Arome track!
Conclusion: This is a worth while purchase, a definate 10/10! DJ Scot and Srome on one vinyl is lethal ... what a combination that is!? As I said, released on May 29th, so you can get it now ...
