Remixes of an amazing trance classic which helped take the genre to its peak back in 99'. One for everyone who has ever liked trance as this is about as good as it gets...
Everyone has been playing this masterpiece recently... The original was released back in 99' and also received remixes from Ferry Corsten back in Jan 2000 which were also a huge success. This is one of those outstanding productions that helped to take trance to its peek, will it help to have a similar impact this year?
On the Platinum label Release Date 28 May, 2002 Featuring the following tracks:
A1: Madagascar (Push Remix) B1: Madagascar (Domi Nation Remix)
A1: Madagascar (Push Remix) This brand spanking new remix starts off just as the original, and what wonderful memories it brings back listening to it. Push has managed to preserve the original sound and yet take it to another level to bring it up to date. Its not very hard... just a nice average beat but with some of the most uplifting synth sounds and melody you have ever heard. There's an awesome synth riff wrapped round the famous 'Art Of Trance' melody which has an awesome powerful effect. On a whole, this is a most fabulous remix of what was one of the most successful productions of the trance era.
B1: Madagascar (Domi Nation Remix) This remix brings the trance classic into the 'harder' trance category. As soon as it starts there is a distinctive difference, there is a much harder beat and the pace is much faster too. The original sound hasn't been preserved at all. The melody is exactly the same as per original, just slightly faster. There's some added effects and instrumentals etc to give am overall different type of sound to this remix.
Conclusion
Wow! Push has outdone himself with an absolute trance masterpiece. If you liked the original then be sure to check this out because you wont be the slightest bit disappointed. 10/10
