One of the biggest vocal trancers at the moment is doing the rounds, with a bunch of remixes from the top producers at the moment!
Since the original and instrument mixes came out on Captivating Sounds several months ago, its been doing the rounds everywhere there is flowing trance. With a beautiful vocalist Justine Suissa, the track is a slight comeback to the vocal trance era of yesteryear. If you haven't heard, Ocean Lab is Above & Beyond, of which they also did a remix of their own track, which is equally magnificent.
Then came the remixes which was released on Captivating Sounds 12" on Nov 5. First, Ferry Corsten touches it up in his usual euphoric way, but in my opinion, does not quite match the original mix, which contains all the energy and and euphoria, but still, Ferry's mix does not disappoint, as proven when he first played it at his Ministry of Sound set in October.
DJ Astrid brings in a more deeper, clangy, techy remix, which will not be suitable for all people, but nonetheleess, I'm sure that fans of Astrid will like the remix.
Finally, theres the Geert Huinink remix. If you did not know, Geert is frequently associated with In Trance We Trust productions including beautiful productions under the guises of Photon Project, Headstrong, and Threesome, often collaborated with Cor Fijneman and others. But his remix is solid to say the least, very typical of ITWT style, great for the dance floor, as well as for the home.
Overall, I think that this is one of the strongest vocal trancers of 2001, and hopefully there will be more to come!
