The hard sound of Europe has arrived on PSR once again with the deadly DJ Spoke & Vespa 63 on remix duties creating that uplifting yet hard sound that has taken the trance scene by storm...
The first thing that hit me about this track was the great vocals. Very catchy in a none-singing sort of way ...
"Hey, I got it!" "Got what?" "The new record!" "Oh wow! Put It on!"
... and straight after kicks into this really, really hard ass beat. This tune is quite hard, and very european styled, and will most likely to be hammered by people like Kai Tracid, Warmduscher, Derb and Dumonde. It lacks the cheese that this style is bringing, but will still fit into alot of sets in the coming months.
A1. Original B1. DJ Spoke Vs. Vespa 63
A1. Original Starting off on a high kick, sounding very hard but without the bass, the tune breaks into the quality vocals, and straight after kicks into this really hard ass beat. African sounding drums add layers to the beats, and build the tune well into the breakdowns. Acid synths, stabs and other sound samples slowly get brought in to create a mish-mash of drum and bass. Boom, boom, boom... The main tune is reeeeally hard. Acid synths are just a big part to play in this release and will get most dance-floors moving this autumn! Hands in the air! Quality!
B1. DJ Spoke Vs. Vespa 63 Introduced with a quiet beat, very sharp vocals; "I think it's time to make the floor burn!" ... and a cool spinning sound kicks the tune into some cool beats. Simple, yet very effective so far but always building into a much harder track! Very 'hard-house' sounding samples used throughout the track could create alot of cross-over appeal for the likes of Lisa Lashes and BK. OMG! The breakdown is beautiful! It came just as I was typing - great feeling! Hard acid synths take over the melodic euphoria and we're away again! Boom, boom, boom... superb!
*Top release. PSR are producing the goods these days! Go buy it!
