For a guy who is producing tracks on a basic home studio, without expensive decks or samplers, he certainly knows how to make the most
of what he's got.
A1. Illuminate
This track starts off with some nice tribal percussion loops. Then some very lushy chords and a deep bassline come in.
The tune build up with very nice, warm stabby synths. When I first heard the break, I was like: "Oh my god!".
The melody is beautiful and very relaxing. Now, with the infectious chime added, this builds up into a sweeping, chord driven track, with twinkling
melody's to die for. Already rated 5:5 in the forthcoming MUZIK magazine and receiving heavy support from Nick Warren, Anthony Pappa, John Graham, Sander Kleinenberg,
Lucien Foort and Harry Lemon, this is an essential release!
B1. Deviate
Another fantastic melodic-progressive track. Very tight percussion in this tune. A nice choppy bassline to keep you going on the dancefloor.
Very subtle keychanges are evident throughout, and turn this track into a hypnotising, loved up groove. Proper uplifting house music, done the way the Dutch
have always done best!
If you are a progressive head, this is an essential record for your collection!
