This weeks Tune of The Week comes from a little dark corner, somewhere hidden away in Stephane K's house...
When Stephane K makes a song, he doesn´t make just a song, but he composes a piece of music that surpasses a lot of the ´crap` out there...
Only one mix on this release (what a shame :(), the Original Eclipse Mix.
It starts off with simplicity: just a few sounds, some tweaked sounds, and effects, and it grows and grows, but still it remains simple. It just builds till the beat begins, and that for almost 2 minutes. The intro from this song remind me of Sasha´s Airdrawndagger, which is a very good thing!!
2 minutes into the song, the beat finally emerges, but it works so good together with the melody, the sound effects, that this song is just a pleasure for the ear. It keeps building and building till it finally comes together to form a unique sound.
Great track to be used as an opener, and as a taste of things to come.
Conclusion: this is a great progressive track that should be in every progheads record box, but somewhere I feel disappointed cause there aren´t any remixes of this song (yet). Stephane K lifts the vale to his producing skills just a bit, to show what he's capable off. I can´t wait to hear his future productions.
Conclusion:
