Yes, you aren't dreaming, one of the most waited tunes of the recent years finally get release on Drizzly records.
A1: Ayu - Connected (Push Instrumental Dub Mix)
The start is very dramatic with drums and hithat layer, when comes the little lift with the bassline its another story. very smooth, when the lead enters. slightly the dramatic drums disappear, only strings and bassline..comes into a great entry with the main melody! different then the original, definitely a Push style, uplifting and more energetic. A2 is the vocal version of that tune, same story with the Japanese vocals from Ayu which I not really like =)
B1: Ayumi Hamasaki - Connected (Ferry Corsten Instrumental Mix)
Sounds like the masterpiece produced by Ferry - East West - The love I lost, in the start People thought the Dub version won't ever release and it will be a legend, but no no Ferry did it, Start with a typical Corsten's style - great rhythm! with a quality background melody sounds, great build - the sounds growing and growing! uplifting into the main melody! brilliant tune. B2 is the vocal version of that tune, same story with the Japanese vocals from Ayu which I not really like =)
Bottom Line: one of the best releases of the year, Quality song. A trance anthem !=)
