One of the biggest hard-trancers of recent times sees a brilliant new UK release, Dave Joy's 'First Impression' helps Difuse welcome us into the new year in style (with a little help from Dave202 and Shokk)!
'First Impression' is already a huge European dancefloor smash, originally released last year on Planet Traxx in December, and now, Difuse (already with big tracks like 'Sahara' and Alex Bartlett's 'Amnesia') bring this quality trancer to the UK! With a release date set for February 2003 and a bran new Dave202 Vs. Phil Green remix, this is gonna be sort after once more!

This starts off very "tek-trance" and a completely different sound for this duo can be heard. None of that eurotrash that trance has become but instead a powerful beat that just drives powerful emotions and energy! An amazing, euphoric breakdown begins which takes you to seventh heaven - pure intoxication through the sound waves! Brilliant track, a great way to start 2003 - clearly going to be Difuse's year in the dance world!
B1) Shokk Remix
I love this track, always have, always will! Great opening with hard beats, acid synths/stabs creating a unique sound and a simple structure - easy on the ears yet chaos on the floor! Boom! Really starts to drive and a deep bass starts to create some energy and power - one that you can really feel! This carries the track to the breakdown ... OMG! Hands up, screeeeaaammm! Extacy for the ears! Wow, this clearly shows the talent of Shokk (Marco and Giotto)!
10/10! Brilliant release for 2003 - great work Difuse! Lets make it a good one - it'll be all the better with this track around!
