Sasha - The Ultimate Christmas Ball

Arrogant DJ Agency and Way Out East, present one of the world most beloved DJs, Sasha. At one of Hong Kong's most elegant hotels. What can you expect?

The venue was one of Hong Kongs, most elegant hotels. The Conrad Hotel located in the heart of Hong Kongs business and shopping district. The event was within the hotel in the Grand Ballroom. There were very few people at the start of the event. The stage was nicely decorated with the theme.

First on stage was a local DJ. The set was nicely mixed except several minor mistakes. The track selection was quite dull. He played a few good tracks, but there wasn't anyone on the dance floor to interact with. As the time passed the amount of people were growing.

The time was about 23:30 (11:30 PM) when Jan Carbon, took over the stage. He started off a bit slow, but the tracks were quite moving. The crowd response was superb. The set started picking up, with a mixture of house and tribal. The crowd loved him. The event was exceeding the limits of its capacity. The night barely began for many people. Jan Carbon finished his set. The crowd started screaming and cheering for the amazing set.

Hours have passed, people were getting anxious in why hasn't Sasha, didn't come on yet. As Sasha, came on stage the crowd went berserk! Sasha, started his set with a few ambient tunes to create a atmospheric feeling to the room. The crowd started going crazy already! The bass hasn't even kicked in yet! The dance floor was now packed with crazy fans of either Sasha, or good music.

The fans were getting out of control as the time lapsed. Sasha, started to play more upbeat tunes with a clash of breaks. The crowd never moved from their positions on the dance floor. The time was about 4:00 AM, when Sasha, dropped Xpander vs. Cowgirl. The crowd got even wilder. The crowd responded to every sound from the tune, from the signature of Xpander to the vocals of Cowgirl. This was the peak hour for everyone including Sasha. The night was almost coming to an end. Sasha, started playing a few more noticeable tunes including Beauty Never Fades, and Wavy Gravy's bass line with a remix of Mike Kolgin's The Silence. The night came to an end and the final tune was none less then Breezer. The crowd praised Sasha, for an encore, but Sasha, left the stage.

The crowd was absolutely pleased by the performance of all the DJs. Simply by the smiles around the room. The night was definitely a mark for many fans. Fans, that I have spoken to said "This was the event of the year" Overall Arrogant DJ Agency and Way Out East, was well organized in promotion, venue location, and line up.
