A few more briefs on what your favourite artists were up to for the New Years period and their overviews of 2002 as well as just what is on their minds.. This time around we have Hibernate, Kay Cee, Pulser, the Barkan brothers from Israel and Hybrid live act.

A few more comments from the artists come through as things get back to track and we

Hibernate doesn't have an exciting NYE.. "This was pretty coincidental... first time in over 10 years I actually didn't get intoxicated and go out somewhere fun for NYE and I get asked to write up what I did for it. Next year I'll have something good to tell ya!"

Oli Huntemann aka Kay Cee has a chilled Xmas Period "I spent my time around nye in the alps doing snowboarding and relaxing from a very hard year with a lot of changes and massive work. the first kay cee album is done with a very new sound and will be released in the first half of 2003 as well as new solo stuff from me, myself and I: Oliver Huntemann."

Pulser: "I played the last set at Godskitchen on NYE after Fergie, Petrae Foy and Jon O'Bir. Great crowd as ever and nice to hear some good Techno and Cool trance on the same night.

Pulser's best of 2002... The best bit of 2002 has to be my debut at Godskitchen in November. I've never been so nervous before a gig but the crowd made me feel so welcome. The other thing that stands out was playing a daybreak set at the WEMF festival in Toronto... it was heavenly.

Getting ratted at Eden with Armin, Matt Darey and Signum was fun too :)"

Eyal & Oren: "We had a great trance party on the new year, it was with a full of great energy and a lot of poeple i think everybody enjoy, we are for sure."

Reflections of their best moment... "However the best moment from 2002 was at a private trance party on the beach. The place was amazing, beach with great decorations and 400 ppl including the best models from israel having it large. It was full energy and everybody was dancing and happy; the party was overlooked some very beautiful views and the models were in some good moods... and we are enjoyed the party. (It was definitely something different)"

In 2003: "We are still at work and soon you will find the new release of Eyal Barkan from Black hole Recordings and also Oren Barkan's Psytrance album in 2003!"

Hybrid: The Hybrid New Year

The Summary:

"We Played Fabric New Years ...Voted in Muzik Magazine as Britain's Number One night for that evening. Played with UNKLE and Ali B in room two which was partying hard.. that club is one of the best in the world and that night was no exception. Also dropped 'Lock Up' by Zero G which was nice...
