This is a very nice trance production indeed. Starting off with some great effects, riffs and prime time sounds... it quickly gets going, taking you along with it... The melody is like what you would expect from any other great uplifting trance production. The initial breakdown is certainly worth a mention starting off very soothingly before the fantastic riffs build the track back up again to its peak. This is a very nice remix indeed... sure to be popular on the dance floors of al the popular clubs.
Protect The Innocent (Original Mix)
The original of this track is a lot more uplifting in my opinion and a slight less cheesy. The remix maybe for the more commercial DJ's and clubs but its the original getting played in some of the more respected clubs. There are some fantastic uplifting elements which were removed in the remix but are present here in the original. This one really does take you high into the sky like all your favourite uplifting tracks do. The breakdowns are absolutely fabulous and build but gently to an overwhelming powerful climax.
Conclusion
An excellent uplifting trance production from The Matrix, I cant wait for the next :p The original is the one that does it for me. 9/10
