 Nick Warren in Reykjavik has been set as the latest in the neverending GU series, but this time the double CD has encountered a few clicks, with some who say that the CD will not be released at all. Update: GU24 is seeing a release on March 17th
As some of you may have heard that Global Underground has been undergoing some financial stress over the past few months and this has inevitably caused problems for the upcoming GU24 Nick Warren CD. Originally set for release on February 4th across the planet, this might be the best Global Underground album out of the 24 which have been released so far, including a disc of more downtempo material and then some of that fiery progressiveness. But a host of delays has pushed this album back, perhaps even to March, or as some say, never.. but things are not clear at this point with Global Underground undergoing some financial restructuring.
Amazon.co.uk pulled the orders of the CD so far and has sent notice to all who ordered that "as far as they know, the CD has been pulled from the shelves".
Global Underground have finally confirmed that the CD will be out on March 17th, laying rest to the many rumors which have floated around
