The "King Of Funky Breaks". DJ Icey, joins the Broadcast fo rthe first time! With his new cd "Differnet Day" being released this week, Icey takes a break in his cd release tour to send along this massive set. Icey is credited as being the originator of the Orlando funky breaks sound and rightfully so. His residency at the legendary club The Edge helped him develop a style and sound so unique it was named after the city in which it was created. Taking that unique style he developed and needing an outlet for his original tracks, Icey now heads his own imprint, Zone Records. With the release of a new mix cd and a heavy tour sechedule, Icey is definately not resting on his laurels. Always dedicated to the legions of fans he has around the world, he never takes a moments rest. Be sure to check out "Different Day" on System Recordings and Icey's latest single ""Dreams".

Mr C joins the Broadcast with a set recorded live at his latest stop in Miami. International dj, innovative producer, founder of Plink Plonk , Shamen frontman and co-owner of The End, Mr C emerged as a pioneering force in the house music scene in 1987 and has continued to be instrumental in the proliferation of dance music on a global scale. His musical beginnings were an interesting one. Starting his career as a rap artist and getting a job as a milkman so he could go clubbing all night and then go straight to work in the morning. When the Shamen wanted a rapper to appear on their track 'Move Any Mountain', Paul Oakenfold recommended Mr C and pop history was made. With Mr C as the front man other notible Shamen tracks included: 'Pro-Gen', 'Move Any Mountain - Progen 91', 'Re-Evolution', as well as the classic 'Ebeneezer Goode'. In 1992 Mr C formed the plink plonk imprint which launched the careers of many artists such as Derrik Carter and released over 40 singles. Then in 1996, Mr C opened The End nightclub to spotlight new and creative artsits and djs. Two days after the opening of the club, the record label End Recordings was launched with artists such as Layo, DJ Sneak and Robert Owens and launched the genre Mr C is know for: tech-house. This is definately a massive set not to be missed!

Global DJ Broadcast resident Graham Gold makes his regular appearnace with another amazing set recorded at The Peach in London. Be sure to check out Graham's own radio show on Kiss FM www.kiss100.co.uk.

Our own Markus Schulz gives us his brand of progressive in the last hour. While currently in the studio finishing up several remix projects and beginning work on his own latest artist ep, Markus takes a break from his busy schedule to drop this little gem of a set on us! Definately the perfect way to round out this fantastic night.
