The Dance music festival "Energy" - the largest event of its kind in Switzerland - in 2003 celebrates its 12th edition. It was founded in the early 90's, when the dance culture was just beginning.
This year, Energy 03 will take place on Saturday August 9th 2003 in 4 locations: one of Europe's biggest indoor parties.
This edition will achieve a mixture between arena experience (Hallenstadion, Switzerland's biggest venue), swimming pool (Hallenbad Oerlikon), warehouse (ABB-Halls Oerlikon), openair (big outdoor zone in front of the Hallenstadion) and club (Next Wallisellen).
Trance, house, hardstyle, hardcore and ambient are the styles that are covered at the various dancefloors of "Energy". International guests like Paul van Dyk, Tomcraft, Nu NRG (live), Vanguard (live) as well as an exclusive Flutlicht vs. S.H.O.K.K live set, and many others are headlining this year's edition, alongside the best national DJs. An audience from all over Europe will travel, as every year, to this event, which is not to be missed!
As every year, the Energy is one of the most impressive Parties of this Summer. With a Symbiois of Indoor Raves, Pool- House- Party, and Club- Feeling , the Energy attacts every year thousands of people from all around the world.
Uplifting Trance, House, Techno or Hardcore Music from powerful PA Speaker Systems, a great decoration with eye-catching items, scanners, big Screens, astonishing Light and Laser Shows, numerous Bars and food areas, shops and chill out zones make the Energy not only the biggest but definately the best Party after the Streetparade.
For all of those who like to have the music of the Energy at home, there will be the annual Energy Double-CD. The CD „Energy 03“ (Energetic/Warner) has been mixed by DJ Tatana & Energy (a double CD feat. a Fr. 5.- discount voucher for the party ticket). The single “Liberty (Energy 03 Theme)” is already on heavy rotation on VIVA TV.
