 Calling all bedroom producers! This is a big chance to get your tracks played to a big audience. Read on to find out why.
Jon O’Bir will be supporting all unsigned producers by giving them a chance to get their productions played out in clubs. In association with his website jonobir.com producers can quickly upload any tracks they’ve produced. Jon will pick out the best ones each month and invite the artist responsible down to a club as a VIP to hear their production played out in front of hundreds of clubbers.
Jon summarised it as “a great opportunity to get somewhere, there aren’t enough channels to get noticed these days, I feel it's my duty to give something back”
The first prize will be on Friday October 17th 2003 at Godskitchen, Birmingham. Jon will be playing a 3 hour set before Paul van Dyk’s 4 Hour set. The winning producer will get free entrance and be treated like a VIP as well as getting to meet Jon (who will play the tune) and Paul.
The lucky winner will be notified by email on October 10th 2003 so get the tunes in quick! Keep an eye on www.jonobir.com for December's prize.
