 Matthias Max aka Mind One reports about what is going on in his musical life at the moment. He talks about the new Mind One single, remixes, other projects, the new website and many other pieces of news.
Mind One “Only Memories”
I guess that some people might have asked themselves what has happened to this tune. It wasn’t deleted from the harddisk, oh no – not at all! “Only Memories” is ready for release and will be out during july on Torpedo Records! Watch out for promos in the next 2-3 weeks…
The tracklist looks like that:
A1: original instrumental mix
B1: original vocal mix
The instrumental mix has already been tested by Armin van Buuren, Talla, André Visior, Goldenscan and some other disc jockeys. The vocal mix is still ‘virginal’ in its final shape cause it has been finished just some days before the master was sent to the pressing plant. The first time I played it out it has caused keen screaming on the dancefloor ;-)
VIVID !
“VIVID – Love again” is the latest result of some late night production sessions of Verena Rösch aka Rena (remember ‘star for me’ J ) and me. The idea was to create a more moody, deep trance track with stomping and groovy basic elements and some uplifting, atmospheric parts.
The fresh compiled MP3 version of the song left my mailbox on the next day and arrived on Guy Ornadel desk. He played it at passion and even entered it in his Dj Mag charts!
The tune is now signed to the swiss label Offshore Music which was founded earlier this year by Angelo Bott (aka Solid Slide) and Andy Prinz (aka Astura, Ayion).

Redesigned: mind-one.de
I have decided to redesign the website because the old one has had a ‘under construction’ touch from the beginning on. Now it features information about the Mind One project itself including – of course – music samples, a guestbook and a gallery with movies, pics and playlists, a dates section and even a t-shirt shop!

New Mind One Remix
After my remix of ‘MK-S – Illuminate’ has been released some weeks ago on ATCR another new remix is coming soon. The track ‘Aviation – Outshine’ is a production by Normen Paris which will be released on the brandnew label Ligaya Records (Germany). Ligaya Records was founded by Steffen Moné and has signed some big tunes so far.
Watch out for “Aviation – Outshine” including the Mind One Shine Out Mix during summer!
