Steve Helstrip has bombarded the dancescene with numerous succesful hits since 1998, including the soon to be re-released 'Synaesthesia'. Apart from that, he has a bunch of rather interesting collaborations and singles coming up... Click in to find out everything about them!
First of all, the re-release of Steve's first real hit'Synaesthesia' is coming up on Adjusted Music. Firstly released in 1998 on Neo Records, this track sold over 12,000 copies. The new release is divided over 2 vinyls:
Vinyl 1: including En-Motion 2004 edit and Ferry Corsten Remix.
Vinyl 2: including Pulser and Mesh Remixes.
Both will be released September 27th on the Adjusted Music label. A review on ivibes.nu will follow shortly!
A brand new single by Steve's guise 'The Thrillseekers' is coming up as well in December, titled 'Awakening'. This fourth single will be out in December, again on Adjusted Music.
Also, Rapid Eye will return with a bang coming October. This collaboration between Steve and Tim Stark (ATCR boss) has brought us a brand new single called 'Absolut'. The track is already being caned by Ferry Corsten, and is a little darker than previous Rapid Eye releases. Will be released on the ATCR label.
On the remix side, The Thrillseekers remix of Ferry Corsten's 'Sweet Sorrow' has just been released on the Dutch Tsunami label. Furthermore, Steve has remixed a new track, to be released on Adjusted in October, called Kuisma & Rusch - 'Yogatech'. This is a collaboration between Miika Kuisma and Christian Rusch, with Miika being known for his AR52 releases, and Christian for his tracks with Greg Murray on Anjunabeats. Hydra's 'Affinity' will be re-released on Adjusted Music as well, including a remix by The Thrillseekers. This has been released last year on the Discover label already, but will now see a re-release in November.
As a conclusion, The Thrillseekers will launch a brand new website in September. The new site will include online DJ mixes, exclusive, downloadable remixes and a new video and gallery section from Steve's international DJ gigs.
