Strongarm Sessions moves to proton.com
After close to 3 years streaming my strongarm sessions show through nubreaks, and more recently through BreaksFM, I've decided that the time has come to move on.
Since moving to the arse end of nowhere, 18 months ago, each show's been a 150 mile round trip up to London, and getting the archives online's another morning out of my week; it's got to the point where I need to free up more time, and also retain the enthusiasm I've always had for doing the show. I wanna wish everyone at BreaksFM well - especially Alex, who's commitment to making the station such a lynchpin
for breaks audiences worldwide cannot be over-stated. Both of us hope that someone on a similar tip to myself will step foward and fill the slot, in order to maintain something of a musical balance in their programming and I can only wish 'em well for the future and thank them for the past.
Meanwhile, the new details...
The Strongarm Sessions will now take place fortnightly, on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month at 2pm GMT on protonradio.com. The show will now be a 3-hour show and will feature an hour-long guest mix, and the first of these will take place on 23rd November featuring an exclusive throwdown from Meat Katie.
