The duo known as the Chems or the Chemical Brothers are back again with a new album to be released soon. Find out all the details about it
The Chemical Brothers have been around dance music for over a decade, from their first moniker as the Dust Brothers before they legally were forced to change their name to the Chemical Brothers. Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons have been on the cutting edge of music from "Exit Planet Dust" to "Dig Your Own Hole" and they have released a ton of singles from "Block Rocking Beats" to "Electrobank" to ivibes.nu's personal fave "Outta Control" and many more. Well now comes word that Tom and Ed will have a new album out in January 2005 called "Push The Button", which features the lead single using the vocal talents of Q-Tip (known from his group "A tribe called Quest"). The album features collabs with Tom Burgess, Kele Okereke as well as the already mentioned Q-Tip. The single with Q-Tip will be released in the UK on January 17. 2005 and it will be called "Galvanize" and the album will be released on January 24, 2005.
The tracklist is as follows
’Galvanize’ ’The Boxer’ ’Believe’ ’Hold Tight London’ ’Come Inside’ ’The Big Jump’ ’Left Right’ ’Close Your Eyes’ ’Shake Bounce Break’ ’Marvo Ging’ ’Surface to Air’
