© Be Yourself Music Dick de Groot's new label has been gearing up during the last few months, and is now ready to bring us their products in full force. As most of us know by now, ID&T has decided to split off its Music division and concentrate more on entertainment and parties. Luckily, Dick de Groot (former A&R of ID&T Music) decided to create a brand new company called Be Yourself Music, which is not part of ID&T anymore but does still take care of their backcatalogue and CD compilations.

First of all, Be Yourself has been divided into various sublabels. The trance / techno sub has been called High Contrast Records, and will feature releases by former ID&T artists such as Rank 1, Svenson, Paul van Dyk, Marcel Woods, Ronald van Gelderen and Joop. New artists have joined as well, including the Dutch duo Ernesto vs. Bastian (who are bringing us the first release on HCR) and First & Andre, better known as Jezper Söderlund (Airbase) and his brother Andre.

As said, Ernesto & Bastian's slammer 'Dark Side of The Moon' is the first release, and has been receiving major support from just about everyone. The full release will see the daylight on April 4th, backed with a brand new Dogzilla Remix.
HCR002 will be First & Andre's 'Widescreen', a euphoric trance production with a movie-score like breakdown and a highly uplifting melody. This tune is the offical anthem for Sensation Belgium as well!
High Contrast's third release will feature a brand new techtrance bomb by Marcel Woods, 'Cherry Blossom'. A more trancy track than we're used from him, including a typical goosebumps moment when the melody comes in and a nice use of 'classical' elements. Marcel has been playing this one for quite a few months now, creating havoc on the dancefloor everywhere.
Joop - 'The World' has been played by Tiësto for ages now (including his Concerts) and is now ready to be released as HCR004 soon.

But of course that's not it! 'Big And Dirty' is BYM's sparkling new 'house' label, with house being the word in its broadest form. Benjamin Bates, Jaimy, Junior Sanchez and Mr Groove & Vergas are a few of the artists who will be bringing out their productions on this label, with the latter duo being two artists from Portugal who have signed material to the Loaded and Yoshitoshi labels as well. The first release on this label is Jaimy feat. Mozez - 'Cut Me Loose'. You might find it interesting to know that Mozez is the lead singer of the English band Zero 7.

And last but definitely not least, there is Marco V.'s label 'In Charge'. The first release 'More Than A Life Away' will consist of two vinyls, with the first one containing Marco's Original and a remix by DJ Preach. Read this i:Vibes article for more info about 'In Charge'!
