 Dave Clarke has done the followup to the mighty World Service, which was released back from 2001, check out the details for the new World Service 2!
Dave Clarke is known to some as a moody techno dj, outspoken loudmouth, maniac, amazing techno king among others but what you cannot deny is that he is very talented. Dave Clarke has been around the music industry almost twenty years, releasing such gems as Red 1 among many, many others. So in 2001, Dave Clarke released the landmark double CD mix album called "World Service", which had a techno CD and an electro CD, it went on to sell over 70,000 units.
Now comes word that on May 23rd.2005, the second volume of "World Service" will be released on Resist Music. The first volume was released on React Music but they went into liquidation but James Horrocks and Melissa Kemp acquired the rights to the back catalogue, the staff and everything else and they reopened as Resist Music in August of 2004. So it will be released on Resist Music, who earlier this year released the second volume of Luke Slater's fear and loathing series.
Dave Clarke will be touring to promote the new album, stay tuned for the tracklisting for the mix CD at some point shortly.
