Find out what's new with Michael, especially his new mix album and what's new in the studio.
Work has started on the new Michael Splint single. The first drafts sound really good and I'm really satisfied with the sound. The vocal has yet to be recorded as soon as that is done, the remix kit can be sent out. Who will remix it will remain a secret for a little while yet, but it won¹t be "the usual suspects".
It's still possible to dig out some news about "the old one" - "Secrets Broke My Heart" - UK DJ/Producer Seventh Heaven asked a while ago if he could remix the track. Unfortunately some correspondence got lost in cyberspace, but a friendly mail suggested I should check out his website which caught me a bit by surprise as the music fading up was indeed something VERY similar to Secrets...I contacted him and shortly after he finished the powerful remix. At the moment it's only available to find in various DJ boxes, but I hope it will be available as online download on a nearby site very soon.
Also a chill out remix is being finished as we speak soundbites of that will be available on Sasja's homepage asap more on that further down...

Signed to a cool UK label is a new track Lars & Michael: Crazy (yes, it was called something else earlier contract stuff) it will still include remix from German producer Nino Cortez/Shuya. Release date is to be confirmed, but probably not before sometime during the summer...
Barbed Wire and Sunglider: Ruffed Up! Has now been promoed over several weeks and the feedback is starting to get back to us. So far we've had positive feedback from the likes of Big Al, Mark Sherry (Public Domain), DJ Choose and Marcos more feedback should be on the way, and the vinyl will soon be available to buy from www.inspiredrecords.com. Some like the awesome Gate 42 remix, while others dig the original mix.
I've signed up with the brand new UK booking agency; Swerve Artist Management. They are currently trying to "sell" me to clubs I'm very excited about the collaboration as I have great confidence in Helen and her work

As mentioned earlier, a website has been made for Sasja. It's done by a very talented cool guy from New Zealand. He did the site on his own initiative and we are very happy about it. It will include soundbites, pictures, lyrics and updates about Sasja. Check it out and sign her guestbook. www.sasja-music.tk. You should also check out Typhers website www.typher.tk.
You can of course always depend on my site being updated each Monday with the latest news and a fresh top 20. If you have any thoughts on my productions or anything else you wish to communicate with me, please feel free to email me.
