This is going to be a huge Vocal Trance Record currently been hammered by Judge Jules, Armin and DJ Tiesto. Read the review for the promo here
Mirage record is prooving to be very popular indeed and has been played by Armin and Tiesto quite a lot recently. This promo has been around for a few weeks now and the record will probably be released some time in February on 5am/uk Bonzai and will also feature a new fantastic Lange mix. What makes this record extra special for me is that Les Hemstock and Chris Jennings produced Mirage in a local studio (Genetic Studio, Stoke-on-Trent) just down the road from where I live.
This record has the following tracks:
A1: Mirage - Original B1: Mirage - Chilled Mix
A1: Mirage - Original This is a very nice Vocal Trance track indeed. The synth sounds are very uplifting and work well with the vocals from Marney. Its got a nice pace to it. I only got my promo the other day and I just can't stop playing it. Theres something else about this... I can't quite put my finger on it. I think theres a hint of Dumonde which has to be a good thing.
B1: Mirage - Chilled Mix This is a very chilled out track indeed. I don't listen to chilled out music like this much but I definately liked this. Its the kind of tune that I would listen to after a full blown night at Gatecrasher.
Conclusion
I was very impressed with this record, its going to be big. Judge Jules, Tiesto and Armin are all playing Mirage and I don't blame them. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who likes Trance. It's on general release in February so keep your eyes open for it, and if your really lucky then maybe you will be able to spot a promo before then.
