i:Vibes has just gotten a copy of this massive trancer, remixed by DJ Tiesto and Bomb Factory as smashed through by Armin van Buuren over the past 3 weeks.
Only just released on Data Records Promo, this is a massive trancer from Lost Witness, with the cool Tiesto remix on the A side and a Bomb Factory remix on the B side.
This track carries similarities from the original Did I Dream, but it loses some of the uplifting elements on it and adds a few more percussive sounds, and the typical Tiesto sound on his remix. Clocking it at about 8:33, the mix builds and builds into 2 distinct breaks, especially one at around the 5-6 minute area to complete a trance track.
Some may say that Tiesto's sound is becoming more and more repetitive and this remix has lost some of the energy which was intended in the original Lost Witness production. Personally I would give this an 'above average' rating simply because of the lovely vocals which are attached to the track. Since the first time I heard this, the vocal has been stuck in my head and brings euphoria every time.
On the B-Side is a more housey and funky Bomb Factory Mix. Personally its not my sound, but more housey or progressive fans who like it chunkier may like this mix. At just over 7 minutes, slightly less than the Tiesto Mix, this has a build, but the bass stabs and the various random sounds make it a track suitable for an early evening set perhaps.
