With eyes set to the future the new started label Force of Change records will join the musical market with a little different philosophy. Read more about it here!
Force of Change records comes from what they themselves think that the underground movement stands for. As strong supporters of the underground music they believe that most changes in the music industry are spawned from ideas manifested within the underground culture and therefore, as a label, they want to give underground music a voice through the artist roster that they maintain. Sick and tired of the commercially driven market that is out there right now and with eyes set on the future they really want to build a foundation for new music and ideas to grow.
On the question of what we can expect from them they answered: “Change, unpredictability, new music. We are here to support good sounds. Artists that bind themselves to the idea that they are going to create what they like, regardless of what's popular. Sounds based on musical merit and not financial gain is what we plan to endorse. Most of this music can be found in the underground music scene, which we support and are a part of.”
With two debut albums that will be released within the next few weeks from their acts Echostream and Pivotal Movement they are heading towards their goal to create a community of artists and music so that people can be exposed to more than what they think they like.
“Listen to the underground, support it and love it. Keep labels like us around so that we may keep feeding the underground scene. Listen to whatever the hell you wantto, don’t be held down by the man and allow yourself to be trapped within the confines of conventional, safe to listen to, music. There’s more out there and there always will be. Don’t let some major label tell you what you should like and listen to…// …take a step backward and hop back into the underground where you know you’ll find what you need.” //Force of Change records
