Sonic inc - Taste of summer - finally out on CD (for the Non-Vinyl lovers among us)
Sonic Inc. released "Taste of summer" quite a year ago, but never on CD except on Compilations is now out in stores on CD. Most of you may know this one from Parties or Clubs, but never got it cause you may not like Vinyls and wait a long time for the CD:-)
The CD comes with 3 Mixes:
Radio Edit / Original Edit / Fire and Ice Vital Mix
(The Radio Mix is the short Version of the Fire & Ice Remix)
Fire & Ice Remix:
Starts with a bongo drumloop leading into a unique rhythm with loud Hi-Hats. Nice Percussions and an overwhelming melody of strings at the beginning. When u listen to it the melody develops more and more power, leading into an wonderful buildup. At the end of that the Main melody starts. A powerful melody that will make u dance forever, and uplifting Trance lovers would like it at once I think :-)
The rest of the song is led by the melody into a nice ending.
Original edit:
This Original edit is in my opinion "The Real thing", that means, it is really an intelligent artwork of uplifting Trance. Melody starts at the very beginning with a nice Drum sequence and some spoken words: "The waves, the ocean and blue skies - This is the taste of summer". What begins after those words is a dream of a song, I personally like it totally. The floating melody takes you away to a place where it is warm, the sun shines and u are imagining yourself dancing at the most wonderful beach ... An Amazing tune. What is special about this track is that the second buildup and climax is definately moch more powerful and longer than the first one. You cannot wait for the melody to begin again... This time with pianos and floating Synths.
In my opinion: one of the most uplifting tracks last / this year
