This year has seen some great forward leaps for Andy's ever growing career in this industry and the latter half of the year is looking rosy! Read on for an insight into the life of one of the UK's brightest talents.

Andy Bagguley August 2005 Update

DJing: The past few weeks in July have been perhaps the highlight of the year so far for Andy in terms of DJing. July 16th saw him return to The Cross in London to play for Serious alongside Scott Bond, Marc West & Marc Vedo. After playing the opening set on his 2 previous appearances, this time Andy was given a deserved slot with the 4 – 6am set! From the first tune to the last, the dancefloor was buzzing with Andy’s unique blend of Trance, mixed with his enthusiastic and energetic performance. A week later and it’s the date at Passion that most clubbers look forward to all year – Club Classics – and this year was no exception as the club was packed to the rafters to hear Andy & Marc belt out tunes from days gone by! 2 weeks on the bounce that really highlight all that is good about this business. Looking forward, Andy returns to The Gallery on Aug 5th alongside Blank & Jones, Sander van Doorn and many more, as well as playing @ Passion & Residency on the Bank Holiday Weekend. September will see Andy featuring alongside the worlds #2 DJ – Paul Van Dyk @ Passion, and heading off to Singapore to debut at Onyx. Earlier this year, Andy joined the awesome “Connected DJ & Artist Management Agency” which is run by former DJ Connections head honcho Neil Stacey, and Richard Burkinshaw. Studio: This is where Andy has been concentrating his efforts more and more recently. As a relative beginner to the world of production, Andy is working on many ideas and concepts that look set to blossom during, and soon after the summer. Having just completed his 2nd solo remix, he has now been bombarded with requests from several major labels for remix and solo production work. As well as plugging away on his own work, expect a few great collaborations with Andy in the very near future. To really take things to the next level, a custom built studio is now getting final planning approval and looks set to be completed by mid autumn. Watch this space!!

Record Label: TRR (Trance Revolution Recordings) has now really grown into a well established UK based Trance label. TRR007 “Dreas v Enrapture - Genesis (Original & Genix Remix)” is just hitting the shops now and has received global support from every DJ worth their weight! As well as 3 plays by Armin Van Buuren on ASOT, Genesis also won Future favourite on ASOT, was the webvote winner on Above & Beyonds TATW show, has received 5/5 in DJ Mag and has hit #1 spot in over 12 Individual DJ Charts!
