 Next up on this relatively new label from Germany is Kay Stone - 'Alone', featuring three different mixes. Already being supported by the likes of Paul van Dyk and The Thrillseekers, it looks like this one will be able to do a nice bit of damage again... Head in to find out about all the details!
Just two weeks after the initial send-out of 5 CDR's, things really started to shapen up. Paul van Dyk hammered 'Alone' three times in his radioshow, Steve Helstrip licensed it for his upcoming compilation, and Talla 2XLC immediately spun it in his show 'Technoclub' as well. Other key players supporting the release are Rank 1, DJ Shog, John Askew, Guy Ornadel, Agnelli & Nelson, Big Al, Mario Hammer, Precision, André Visior, John O’Callaghan, Robert Gitelman, Adam Sheridan and others.
Karsten Loos aka Kasuma is the one who's behind the Kay Stone guise. Also known as Dee Mark, he has had lots of succesful releases already, with the most recent one being the mega-uplifter 'Dreaming' on Ace Da Brain's Venom label.
The Original Mix is a slightly more progressive affair, with lush melodies and an overall dreamy vibe. The Kasuma Remix incorporates a very uplifting atmosphere with a very clean production base and loads of energetic synthwork. To finish things off, the Paul van Dyk hyped Mind One's Edged Beat Mix is slightly slower, but still retains the power of the original's chords and atmosphere.
