New kid on the block, DJ Elof, sees his first 12" released on Bonzai Music, with some help of no one other then Airwave...
There are two tracks on this release: Vrantique & Konfjuzed.
Let's start with the main song on this release: Vrantique. Already being played by 'The Judge' on his radio show for 6 consecutive weeks in a row, you know what you can expect with this. Vrantique caters for the people who like their songs harder, Marco V style, hardtrancier, but with a nice melody to it. The breakdown comes unexpected, it's nothing like you would expect in this kind of song, therefore making it's entry with style.
The other song on this release is Konfjuzed. This is quite the opposite of Vrantique, it comes much smoother, the baseline is easier, the melody is more mellow. Konfjuzed has got my vote over Vrantique, since it just sounds better overall in my opinion. But if you like your stuff harder, then you will definitely go for Vrantique.
I wonder what else DJ Elof has in store for us....
Conclusion:
DJ Elof's first release has already hit the spot with plays by Judge Jules, John Askew, Jon O'Bir, Yves Deruyter, and many others surely will follow.
