The second revisited classic album is Reactivate 10. Now, this is where things really start to get interesting. Again this is a blend of the retro styled tracks, with proggy sounds, ravey sounds and melodic vibes at speeds varying from 130BPM past 160BPM.
Anyway, the reason this collection stands out the most is because here you can see the first emergence of some proper classic tunes which still cause mayhem today. For example, the album kicks off with none other than Li Kwan - Point Zero! Next up we hear the highly recognisable Jones & Stephenson - The First Rebirth. Other familiar melodies flow out from Luxor - Superstitious and from what turned into one of the most enjoyed and sought after hard house tracks ever released: Legend B - Lost In Love.
In other words, this is a real treat due to the (future?) classics that this collection contains where we see the sound move away from the hard ravey element into more recognisable music. Educational AND enjoyable - what could be better?
Conclusion:
Another chance to own a classic collection which shouldn't be missed out on, especially because of some of the excellent tracks this one contains! Everyone needs to own a piece of the Reactivate Series.
