© Paul OakenfoldOakies been on the scene for years and rumour has it makes more for one gig than Bill gates makes in a day, which is a lot. He is ready to release his new artist offering to the world and its looking good so far.

The name Oakenfold is one everybody in the dance industry has heard of and if you haven't, what rock have you been hiding under? From his Trance days in the late 90's to his shift from style which brought about a very unique previous artist album back in 2002 the guy keeps on improving and toning his sound. He still is a man of very much Trance as far as I know which, is a good sign for fans who remember his old Tranceport albums.

His DJ Schedule is as packed as ever with him currently on tour doing gigs in the States and forthcoming dates in Japan, Singapore and China. He's really clocking up the air miles on the DJ circuit. No doubt a busy summer lies ahead with the season fast approaching.

Coming this May will be Paul's brand new artist offering 'A Likely Mind' which, from a few tracks I've heard, features some very impressive Trance records. To be released on his very own Perfecto Records label here's what the track listing looks like.

A Likely Mind

1. Faster Kill Pussycat
2. No Compromise
3. Sex 'N' Money
4. Switch On
5. Amsterdam
6. Set It Off
7. The Way I Feel
8. Praise The Lord
9. Save The Last Trance For Me
10. Not Over
11. Vulnerable
12. Feed Your Mind

The only track I've heard from all those are 'Not Over Yet' which is an excellent piece of uplifting Trance with an excellent use of vocals. Quite possibly one of the best pieces of Trance I' hear this year so far. It's great to see quality trance productions going on this album. What the rest of the album is like I'm not sure but its looking promising.

Be sure to look out for the I:Vibes review of the album as soon as we get our hands on it. The street date release is all set for the 1st May or around there but I'm sure you will be able to pre-order it right now from all good record stores.
