A little harder release sees the daylight from Doof Doof Traxx, tune in here and read what we thought about it!

If you like what Dave Joy normally offers in his productions then this remix will definitely not disappoint you! Yes it is hard, yes it is pumping and yes it is kicking. There is no room for holding back here, as it’s the highest gear right from the start with heavy drums, scorching effects and a shattering electric guitar line. What to say? If you like it hard, fast and energetic then this one will please you.
Time to change sides of the vinyl then and this time we end up on a journey with a touch of blue. The release continues in the same heavy style with a hard kick right from the start although this time the devolopment goes to a much more trancy style. In the break a tranquil pianoline starts which later explodes into a heavenly trance melody. Trance music at its best!
The final tune is much more tribal then the previous ones and lacks a main melody. Instead you are treated to a teaching aid in how to work with a beatbox. Varied, exciting and breathtaking is how I would describe it.
Conclusion:
To experience this release was and still is a privilege and I hope that those who read this review will run the moment this vinyl is released to your local vinyl dealer or login to your favourite download shop and say; “Please can I have Nish – Harderground 8!?”!
A good release deserves a high rating! I don’t like to give 10/10 as it’s for me something religious and therefore I won’t do it this time either. My final rating though is a 9/10!
